I began my insurance career with Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2007. I was extremely blessed at Liberty Mutual. Long hours building and developing my team along with hard work, dedication and genuine care for our clients produced great results. We were top producers nationally for multiple years and won numerous awards. Then I decided to kick it up a notch! In July of 2019 I took a leap of faith and became an Agency Owner of an Independent Agency. As an independent insurance agency, we take a different approach. Insurance is not a one size fits all solution. Every client has different needs and priorities, and we love helping our clients find quality coverage at competitive premiums. 317 Insurance Advisors is all about putting our clients first, serving them and loving them in a manner befitting a follower of Jesus Christ. We are unashamed to serve the Lord and we try to give thanks to Him and honor Him in all our actions as is stated in Colossians 3:17 – “And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” This is how we live our lives and how we serve our clients to ensure that their needs are met. This also provides us an opportunity to build lifelong relationships and learn more about the community in which we work and serve. Outside of work I’m a member of the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame Executive Council, Edmond Summit Rotary, National Federation of Republican Women, and Heartland Republican Women. I also sit of the Board of Directors for Citizens Caring for Children, The Oklahoma County Senior Nutrition Program Foundation, The Oklahoma Federation of Republican Women and Health, Wealth & Lipstick. I’m a graduate of UCO, and have been married to my fabulous husband, Jeff, for over 17 years. We enjoy living in the country with our five cats and love sports, traveling, spending time with our family and attending LifeChurch.

Hi there, I’m Danni Shannon, and my journey in the insurance industry began in 2019. I kicked off my career as a protegee producer, spending over two enlightening years at a Farmers insurance agency. Those years were truly a blessing, providing me with invaluable training and knowledge.
In 2023 life had something more in store for me. I was offered an opportunity that perfectly aligned with my goals and values. Taking a leap of faith, I made the life-changing decision to become an independent agent at 317 Insurance Advisors. Becoming an insurance broker was, hands down, the best decision I’ve ever made – not just for myself but also for my clients. It has empowered me to serve their needs without limitations, ensuring their assets are secure.
When I’m not busy serving my clients, you’ll find me with my family. My husband, Alex, and I have been together since 2007, raising two amazing children. We’re a family that thrives in the great outdoors – fishing in our pond, tending to our garden and tree farm, hitting the gym, exploring new places, and cherishing the company of our beloved Great Dane and Pit Bull.
Beyond my insurance expertise, I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. I’m also an active member of Sallt, a Christian leadership group dedicated to doing the work of Christ within our community. Additionally, I’m part of OKCYP, a vibrant community of young professionals with a mission to make a positive impact in Oklahoma City.

During my 12 years at Liberty Mutal, I was recognized four times as the #1 agent in the nation and received numerous awards. After Liberty, I opened and operated my own independent agency, serving clients in 11 states, before a successful exit in 2023. After a brief “retirement” I’m excited to be helping people again.
